The Manhattan Beach Police Department is seeking your help with any information in reference to a child annoyance on 10/3/16.

On October 3, 2016, between the hours of 5:15pm and 5:30pm, an eleven year old female was walking her dog when she noticed an adult male following her on foot. The male asked her if she lived
at a certain address. The eleven year old female ran home and reported the incident to her parents.

The Manhattan Beach Police Department was called and an area check for anyone matching the description of the male subject met with negative results. The incident was reported to have happened in the 1100 block of 21st Street. The investigation is on-going.

Suspect description:
Male, possibly Filipino, 50 -60yrs, 5’7” – 5’8” tall, thin build, wearing blue shirt, gray pants.
