Coyote Sightings September 2016
The Torrance Police Department has an updated map of coyote sightings for the month of September 2016 in the City of Torrance. We would like to remind our citizens if you see a coyote to report that sighting. We will be updating the maps monthly and will be putting together an interactive mapping system in the future.
If a coyote is aggressive, call 9-1-1 immediately.
To report a sighting only or evidence of coyote presence you can report the incident in the following ways:
· Non-emergency number 310-328-3456
· Animal Control 310-618-3850 [email protected]
· TPD Mobil App-
1. Go to “report” icon, you can report anonymously or include contact info
2. Tap inside “What” box, drop down menu will include “Coyote Activity”
3. Continue following prompts & send – report comes directly to TPD
· When reporting please include the specific location as we need this for mapping.
