Two people are out on bond accused of a breaking and entering that occurred in Crystal Township in early September, 2016

Montcalm County Sheriff's Office received a tip of a break in that occurred at a storage unit in Crystal Township.The victim, a 41 year old Stanton man, was identified and he confirmed items were missing from a storage unit he rents. A search warrant was executed in Gratiot County and a piece of the stolen property was located. Further searches were conducted and a large amount of the items stolen from the victim were found and returned. Montcalm County Sheriff's Office deputies developed suspects and conducted interviews leading to the filing of charges with the Prosecuting Attorney's office.

Paul Joseph Green, age 47 from Gowen, and Brandy Joe Sisco, age 33 from Elwell, have both been arrested within the past two days. Both have been charged with one count of Breaking and Entering. Both are currently out on a $5,000.00 bond.
