<p><span>9/28 – Police were called to an apartment on South Monroe Street, in which a female was creating a disturbance. The male caller wanted the female to be removed from the property. After initially lying to the officers about her identity, it was learned she had an active no-bond warrant out of Madison County. She was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, used in the process of using heroin. Ashley N. Dedmon, 31 of Belleville, was arrested on the warrant, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.</span></p>
