<p>Happy October everyone! We&#39;ve got a busy weekend here in Mountain View, and we just wanted to alert you to the uptick in traffic in and around your neighborhoods over the next two days.<br />

Today, Florida Georgia Line plays a sold-out show at Shoreline Amphitheatre At Mountain View. Neighbors, please expect traffic in the area as people make their way to the show. Parking lots open around 4:30 pm,&nbsp;and the show is scheduled to start at 7 pm. The show is scheduled to end at 11 pm.&nbsp;<br />

*Please note, La Avenida will NOT be closed tonight.*&nbsp;<br />

Starting today and running through tomorrow, the 4th annual Mountain View Oktoberfest in downtown. Please be mindful of road closures for the event, which is scheduled to last from 11 am to 7 pm on both days.&nbsp;<br />

We&#39;d like to just take a moment to remind those who are attending Oktoberfest to have fun, but be safe. If you have been drinking, designate a sober driver. You can also schedule an Uber, Lyft or taxi home.&nbsp;<br />
