Press Release - Arrest Made

On Wednesday, September 28, 2016, at approximately 11:28 AM, a Corcoran Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1100 block of Otis Avenue after the officer observed a moving violation. The driver, Daniel Villagomez, was found to be in possession of 6.5 grams of methamphetamine believed to be packaged for sale, drug paraphernalia and was determined to have been under the influence of a controlled substance. Villagomez was on probation for a previous conviction for drug sales. He was transported to the Kings County Jail where he is being held on $95,000 bail.
