Man Wanted For Statutory Rape Stopped In Sheriff's Road Check While Driving Day Care Bus. Sheriff Victor Hill 
Sheriff Victor Hill's Specialized Crime Suppression Unit conducts road checks daily to discourage criminals from driving through Clayton County. Demarcus Fleming just happen to go through one of the Sheriff's check points while driving a bus for a local Daycare center for kids. Fleming also just happened to be wanted for Statutory Rape out of DeKalb County which means his victim was underage. At the time of arrest, there were no children aboard the bus.
Fleming was taken into custody and transported to Georgia's toughest para-military jail where he faces the wall until DeKalb Deputies come to evict him from Clayton County.
