2016 Slurry Seal Program 
The City of Torrance Public Works Department
has begun its annual Slurry Seal Program on selected residential and arterial
streets. A project map as well as weekly schedules are posted on the
project website at http://www.torranceca.gov/30115.htm.
Work will be ongoing in these neighborhoods through November. Be advised,
on the day of slurry seal, street segments will be completely closed to all
vehicle traffic from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Call Torrance Public Works
