<p>SUSPECT INFORMATION: 16 year old female</p>

<p>BRIEF NARRATIVE AS TO CIRCUMSTANCES:</p>

<p>On 09/23/16, at approximately 2157, NPD Patrol Officers responded to the 700 block of Sutro Ave on a report of a noise compliant.&nbsp; The investigation revealed a party which included alcoholic beverages, being consumed by minors. The 16 year old female, host of the party was issued a citation for violation of Novato Municipal Code 14-6.3.</p>

<p>The Novato Police Department strictly enforces alcohol violations to ensure the safety of minors and the community.</p>
