<p><span>9/19 – Police handled a 3-vehicle traffic crash at East Washington & Mulberry. The driver of the striking vehicle was reportedly blinded by the sun when she struck a vehicle, which forced it into the rear of another vehicle, that had stopped for a school bus. Millstadt EMS transported two motorists to a Belleville hospital, and another motorist to a St. Louis hospital, with non-life threatening injuries. </span></p>
