<p>Friday, September 23rd, 2016 at 4:30 p.m. Hononegah High School Homecoming Parade will be starting on West Main Street in downtown Rockton and proceeding eastbound towards Hononegah High School. Expect traffic congestion at Blackhawk and Main Street beginning at 4:00 p.m. due to an increase in foot traffic. At 4:30 p.m., the intersection and several blocks of Main Street will be shut down for about a half an hour for the parade.</p>
