<p>Just before 5 o&#39;clock Monday morning, the Love County Sheriff&#39;s Office called OSBI requesting&nbsp;assistance with a shooting at 12847 Hudson Lane, Marietta. From that location, a man called 911 saying he accidentally shot his wife. When officers arrived, they found 34-year-old April Hudson with a gunshot wound to the upper torso. She was flown to OU Medical Center in Oklahoma City. OSBI dispatched multiple special agents and a crime scene investigator. Those agents spent the day interviewing numerous people and gathering evidence from the scene. &nbsp;Special agents interviewed James Preston Hudson (d.o.b. 8/15/1981) at the Carter County Sheriff&#39;s&nbsp;Office. After that interview, agents arrested James Hudson for shooting with intent to kill. Love County deputies have transported Hudson to the Love County jail. April Hudson is listed in fair condition.</p>
