Trunk or Treat, sponsored by the Washington Parks & Recreation Commission, provides a safe and fun way for families to enjoy Halloween!</div>

It's like a car show....only the cars aren't vintage...instead they are decorated cars and the costumed car owners hand out candy to children who go trick-or-treating from trunk to trunk.</div>
