<p>The second suspect in a Moore unsolved murder case is behind bars.&nbsp; Jason Louis Lane Diamond (d.o.b. 9/2/1975) turned himself into the Cleveland County jail this afternoon.&nbsp; Diamond and Billyjack Luther Phillips (d.o.b. 12/26/1985)&nbsp; are accused of first degree manslaughter in the death of 44-year-old William Cooksey April 2012. Phillips was arrested last week in Texas.</p>

<div>Cooksey was found lying in his driveway just behind the back driver-side tire of his pickup truck. Moore P.D. crime scene investigators collected two palm prints on the truck near the body. Recently, the Automated Fingerprint Identification System matched those palm prints to Diamond. OSBI special agents located him and learned Diamond was roommates with Phillips at the time of Cooksey&rsquo;s death. The victim was married to Phillips&rsquo; mother at the time of the murder. Diamond told special agents that Phillips asked Diamond to drive him from Dallas, Texas, to Moore to help collect his mother&rsquo;s belongings, saying his mother and stepfather were fighting. When Diamond and Phillips arrived at Cooksey&rsquo;s Moore home several hours later, Phillips and Cooksey initiated a physical confrontation. During the fight, Diamond got involved and struck Cooksey several times. Cooksey eventually fell to the ground. Phillips stomped and kicked Cooksey before Phillips and Diamond left the area. According to the medical examiner, Cooksey died from blunt force injuries in conjunction with possible asphyxia due to an assault.</div>
