Murder Suspect Cary Dukes Jr. Captured! Sheriff Victor Hill
Cary Duke was arrested today by the US Marshals at the Hampton Inn in Conyers without incident.
Cary Duke was wanted out of Clayton County for Murder during the Commission of a Felony and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. The incident for these charges occurred on September 10, 2016 in Stockbridge.
Cary Duke approached Joshua Norred (victim) while wearing a mask over his face. Cary Duke then pointed a firearm at the victim and fired at least three shots, killing him. Cary Duke then got into vehicle and fled the scene.
Dukes is currently facing the wall at Georgia's toughest military jail.
Dukes was placed #1 on Sheriff Victor Hill's top ten most wanted moving Amazing Oliver to the #2 spot. Amazing Oliver has now regained his #1 spot.
