A City Council study session about the Covina Community & Senior Center will be at the Covina Library on 9/20 at 5pm 
<p>On September 20, 2016 starting at 5 p.m., the Covina City Council will hold a study session for the new Covina Community and Senior Center at the Covina Public Library (234 N. Second Ave.). The potential sites that are under review for the new center include Kelby Park, Covina's Woman's Club, Covina iTEC (Innovation Technology and Event Center/Kmart site) and an Inter-Community Hospital Parnership.</p>
