Electric failure & flushing led to low water pressure this A.M. Pressure is expected to return over the next few hours. 
Ponchatoula’s water system has experienced an electrical failure at its Tower Road pumping station. This situation along with city wide flushing overnight has caused low water pressure.
We anticipate increased water pressure by mid morning.
