<p>9/02 – Police received a 9-1-1 call for a possible DUI driver, headed towards Millstadt, on Floraville Road. Tiffany L. Millender, age 36 of O’Fallon, was charged with Improper Lane Usage, and Driving Under the Influence. Incident occurred in the first block of South Jefferson Avenue.</p>
