On Friday, 08-19-16 at 2:46 p.m., this subject entered the AT&T Mobility Store in Daly City, walked to the FitBit electronic activity band display wall and pulled a box containing a new band with enough force to defeat the security locking device. He then concealed the box under his clothes and exited the store. He is described as a Hispanic male wearing a black “Bulls” cap, black pants and a gray polo shirt.
