Homicide UPDATE: Luciano Rogelio Duarte 
San Pablo, CA – This morning at 0930 am, Luciano Rogelio Duarte, who is classified as a person of interest turned himself into the San Pablo Police Department. Luciano Duarte will be interviewed by our Detectives and given an opportunity to provide valuable insight as to what took place leading up the actual shooting which occurred on September 5, 2016 that took the life of Ilaysia McCoy and her unborn child.
