LOCATION: San Manuel Amphitheater- 2575 Glen Helen Parkway, San Bernardino
SUMMARY:
At about 4:00 pm the gates opened for the Nocturnal Wonderland Festival. As patrons entered the festival they were searched, and their age was confirmed with a valid form of identification. Uniformed, and undercover law enforcement officers from the California Highway Patrol, Alcohol Beverage Control, San Bernardino County Probation and Sheriff's Department were deployed, along with K-9's.
22,844 people attended the festival. 176 people were arrested for various violations during the day. Most arrests were drug and alcohol related and trespassing.
2 attendees were transported to the hospital for various medical reasons.
One music complaint was received from the neighborhood near the Amphitheater. Deputies, and sound engineers responded to the complaint to take a decibel reading. The purpose was to ensure the reading did not exceed the County Code for loud music. The music was found to be within the acceptable limits.
