The NWS in ABQ has issued a flash flood warning for southeastern Bernalillo County and northwestern Torrance County until 2:45 PM

<p>The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a flash flood warning for southeastern Bernalillo county in central New Mexico northwestern Torrance county in central New Mexico until 2:45 pm.<br />
<br />
At 1:22 pm National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated a thunderstorm producing heavy rain over the Dog Head burn scar. 1 to &nbsp;2 inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is likely. The greatest impact area is expected within the Arroyo Chinchonte Basin along County Road A053 and along portions of Highway 337 from near Chilili southward.<br />
<br />
This will impact the dog head fire burn scar including but not limited to La Jara Canyon, La Jara Road, Arroyo De Chilili, Aceves Road, Arroyo Chinchonte, Manzano Morning And Twin Peaks Drive and Highway 337.</p>
