POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

Eric Welhaf, age 21, of Levittown PA, was arrested Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 1:17 AM on Hulmville Road and Parker Street, Langhorne PA, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Niree E Wilson, age 29, of Clifton NJ, was arrested Wednesday, August 31, 2016 at 1:45 PM at Sesame Place on Sesame Road, Langhorne PA, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Michael J Engelmann, age 50, of Levittown PA, was arrested Friday, August 26, 2016 at 11:16 PM near Sleepy's on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Driving Under the Influence.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE

Adam Joseph Dugan, age 20, of Langhorne PA, was arrested Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 6:08 AM on Hemlock Road Levittown PA, for Theft From Vehicle, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Public Drunkenness, and Criminal Mischief.

RETAIL THEFT

Karen L Sylve, age 56, of Bronx NY, was cited Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 5:57 PM at Sesame Place on Sesame Road, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft.

Betty Lynne Blackman, age 48, of Langhorne PA, was arrested Thursday, September 1, 2016 at 12:50 PM at the Target Store on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.

Tasheema N Wiggins, age 21, of Long Island NY, was arrested Sunday, August 28, 2016 at 9:30 PM at Sesame Place on Sesame Road, Langhorne PA, for Retail Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.

RETAIL THEFT

The Giant Store on New Falls Road, Levittown PA, reported on 8/26/16 at 3:55 PM that at 12:38 PM an unidentified white male with short brown hair and goatee entered the store, selected various Rogaine products, and then exited the store without paying for the items.; The male then left the scene in a silver sedan.; Value of merchandise taken $199.96.

Victoria"s Secret in the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, reported on 8/26/16 at 3:58 PM that a heavy set black female, 20-25 years of age, with long red dread locks grabbed several sweat shirts and sweat pants from the display near the store entrance and fled the store.; Value of merchandise taken $1,500.00.

Lowes on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, reported on 8/31/16 at 5:27 PM that a white or Hispanic male 5'10";-11"; tall, olive skin, black/grey hair, stocky build, wearing a blue button down shirt, grey t-shirt, grey shorts, and bright red shoes, entered the store, picked up a Husquvarna 450 series 20"; chainsaw, and left the store without paying for the merchandise.; Value of merchandise taken $399.00.

The Target Store on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, reported on 9/1/16 at 1:15 PM that a white male, approximately 25 years of age, short brown hair, with a beard, wearing a grey tank top and black shorts, carrying a gym bag, selected 5 boxes of Prilosec and 3 packages of batteries and place them in the gym bag. The male then left the store without paying for the merchandise. Value of merchandise taken $156.92.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE

Victim reported on 8/27/16 at 11:07 AM that sometime over the last 24 hours, unknown actor(s) entered her unlocked 2013 Nissan Altima parked in the driveway of the residence on Cobalt South Dive, Levittown PA. Taken was a pair of Rayban sunglasses valued at $150, a TomTom GPS unit valued at $50, and a scratch off lottery ticket valued at $5.; Value of theft $205.00.

Victim reported on 8/27/16 at 4:43 PM that sometime over the last couple days unknown actor(s) entered an unlocked 1997 Ford Explorer parked in the driveway of the residence on Canary Road, Levittown PA.; Taken was a box cutter and loose change.; Value of theft $7.00.

Victim reported on 8/31/16 at 8:29 AM unknown actor(s) entered his unlocked truck while it was parked on Brownsville Road, Langhorne PA, and removed a Garmin GPS and a Bosche Blue Laser-measure tool.; Value of theft $200.00.

THEFT

Victim reported on 8/27/16 at 12:12 PM that sometime over the past week, unknown actor(s) took items out of a storage shed on the property on Ford Avenue, Langhorne PA. Taken was a red Craftsman Perfect Mix power washer valued at $250 and a black 16"; Craftsman chainsaw valued at $150.; Value of theft $400.00.

Victim reported on 8/28/16 at 10:24 AM that unknown actor(s) entered a shed on the property on Jefferson Avenue, Langhorne PA and took a headlight and a driver side mirror for a Ford F150.; Value of theft $404.00.

Victim reported on 8/29/16 at 1:03 PM that on 8/27/16 while at the Oxford Valley Mall on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, unknown actor(s) removed a wallet and medications from her purse.; The wallet contained $40 cash, a prepaid work debit card, and a medical insurance card.; Value of theft $80.00.

Victim reported on 8/30/16 at 8:50 PM that at 3:00 AM she got locked out of an apartment at Foxwood Manor Apartments on Veterans Highway, Levittown PA.; She fell asleep out front of the apartment.; While she slept unknown actor(s) took her Samsung Android S7 and her wallet containing credit cards, driver license, and keys.; No value given.
