Athens Co Road Closure 
The Athens County Engineer’s Office has CLOSED County Road 20, East Scatter Ridge Road, from Township Road 213, Lake Hill Road to Township Road 216, Pete Smith Road today, Thursday, September 1st. The roadway will be closed from 8:00 AM until 3:30 PM for emergency culvert replacement. Please avoid this area during these times.
