OSBI agents arrest a man for a murder in Noble County. Jejuan Samuel, of Tulsa, was found dead on the grassy shoulder of highway 156 near Marland Sunday morning. The medical examiner is performing an autopsy on the 25-year-old’s body to determine the cause and manner of death. However, it appears Samuel did suffer trauma to his body. Pottawatomie County District Attorney Task Force members located Wayne Lee Delodge (d.o.b. 12/27/1971) in Shawnee Monday. An OSBI agent interviewed him there and arrested him for first degree murder. The agent transported Delodge to the Noble County jail where he was booked in on the felony complaint. The Noble County Sheriff’s Office requested OSBI assistance with the case Sunday morning.
