At about 7am on August 29^th New Castle Police responded to a report of shots fired in the area of 382 King Street in Chappaqua. Responding officers found two victims with gunshot wounds. The suspect, Chao Hengjun 49 yoa of Tuckahoe NY, was placed in custody at the scene. Both victims are being treated at Westchester Medical Center and are expected to survive. Preliminary investigation indicates that at least one of the victims may have been known to the suspect.  An investigation into the shooting is being conducted by the New Castle Police Department.
