WHAT: Arrest of multiple suspects for Robbery
WHERE: 300 block of Madonna
WHEN: 08.24.16 at 10:20 p.m.
On 08.24.16 at about 10:20 p.m. officers responded to the 300 block of Madonna regarding the report of an armed robbery that had just occurred. The victims initially followed the suspects northbound on Highway 101 after the robbery but returned to the scene to make their report. The victims made contact with the California Highway Patrol (CHP) who put the victims in contact with our Department.
Officers provided descriptive information to other county agencies and the suspect vehicle was located a short time later in Atascadero by the CHP. Suspect Walters, Wright and Adams were the identified occupants of this vehicle. San Luis Obispo PD officers responded to Atascadero to continue the investigation where evidence was gathered linking the suspects to the crime.
All of the suspects are from the Sacramento area. The suspects were booked into County Jail with a bail of 60k.
