Please be advised that the City will place the top HMA pavement course Tuesday(8/23) for Summit, Bailey to Stratford (weather permitting). 
The City of Norton Shores wishes to notify you that it's contractor plans to place the top HMA pavement coarse of Summit Avenue, between Bailey and Stratford on Tuesday August 23, 2016 (weather dependent). Access and travel thru the affected street will be limited during the work with traffic controlled by cones and flagging operations. Delays are to be expected.
