The City of Norton Shores wishes to notify you that it's contractor plans to place the top HMA pavement coarse of Mt. Garfield Road east of Grand Haven Road to the Cul-de-Sac at US-31 on Thursday August 18, 2016 after 4 PM and late into the evening (weather dependent). Access and travel thru the affected street will remain open during the work with traffic being controlled by flagging operations and delays are to be expected.
