7/30 - Police responded for a Battery report at the Columbus Club, on West Oak Street. When police arrived they found a male subject had been battered by an individual who had left the scene. The victim did have some injuries, but refused medical treatment. The suspect was located at his residence in Millstadt. Shawn M. Bahorich, age 50, was charged with Battery. The Smithton Police Department assisted with this incident.
