If you need assistance, please stop by the Madison Healthy Start Family Center between the hours of 7:30 am and 3:00 pm.
Please bring with you the student ID number of each child you have in the Pasadena Unified School District and if you receive CalFresh benefits we need the account number as well.
If you do not receive CalFresh benefits be prepared to give us the income amount of the adults in your home.
