St. Helena Hospital Clear Lake Clinic Services Open
--Limited Hours at Some Locations

Clearlake, Calif.—St. Helena Hospital Clear Lake’s outpatient centers are providing patient care services on Monday, August 15. Some sites are only open for limited hours due to the Clayton Creek Fire.

In addition to the St. Helena Family Health Center – Clearlake on Lakeshore Drive, the St. Helena Family Health Centers in Kelseyville and Middletown and St. Helena Medical Care – Hidden Valley Lake are open. The Physical Therapy and Specialty Therapy Centers on Olympic Drive in Clearlake are also open. The Konocti Wellness Center in Lower Lake is closed. The clinics are open to provide care to community members, including Clayton Creek Fire evacuees.

Please note the open hours for each location for Monday, August 15. It is recommended that patients call the clinic to confirm that it is open for patient care.

St. Helena Family Health Center – Clearlake (707-995-4500) will provide primary care until 5pm and dental care is open until 2pm.

St. Helena Medical Care – Hidden Valley Lake (707-987-8344) is open until 2pm.

St. Helena Family Health Center – Kelseyville (707-279-8813) is open until 12pm.

St. Helena Family Health Center – Middletown (707-987-3311) is open until 12pm.

St. Helena Physical Therapy Center – Clearlake (707.995.4888) and St. Helena Specialty Therapy Center – Clearlake (707.995.4888) are open until 5pm.
