Man shot dead

Ceres, CA. - On August 13, 2016, just after midnight, the Ceres Police Department received a call of a male shot in the 2100 block of Mitchell Road, Latinos Bar. When Officers arrived they located a Hispanic male adult, 27 years old, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. This male was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Through investigation, Ceres Police investigators were able to identify the alleged shooter as Rigoberto Cisneros, 36 years old, of Empire, California. Cisneros whereabouts are currently unknown. Investigators continue to follow up on leads to locate Cisneros.
