We still have a few spots open for the Women's Self Defense Program being held on Monday, August 15, 2016 from 6pm-9pm at NSPD. A Hands-On Class is being held at Mona Shore High School on August 20, 2016 from 8am-6pm.
During this RAD: Rape Aggression Defense class you will learn realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. You will also receive a review of awareness, prevention, risk reduction and avoidance information.
