Reminder! Lock your cars, take your keys. Rash of thefts from cars in Andrew Acres plan overnight-all from unlocked cars. 
During the overnight/early morning hours on 08/12, eight (8) vehicles were entered and a variety of property stolen from inside the cars. Additionally, two (2) vehicles with the keys left in them were stolen. All ten (10) vehicles were unlocked and there was no forced entry by the suspects. All victim vehicles were parked on their private property, not on the street.
Anyone with information is requested to contact the JHPD.
