On August 7th, at 11:26 a.m., Morgan Hill Officers responded to the 100 block of Melody Lane to arrest suspect Nathanial O’ Brien on a warrant for indecent exposure. Officers located suspect O’Brien inside the residence and he was taken into custody without incident. The arrest warrant was based on three separate occasions when suspect O’Brien was driving in his vehicle and exposed himself to the victims while they drove. On one occasion the victim attempted to drive away but suspect O’Brien caught up to her vehicle and continued to expose himself. The victims provided a physical description of suspect O’Brien as well as the license plate number on the vehicle. Suspect O’Brien was transported to the Santa Clara County Jail and booked.
