The dedication and exceptional investigation by Pasadena Homicide Corporal William Broghamer results in a long await conviction of a father who intentional drowned his 1 year old daughter while the mother was at work. On 05-20-2011 Pasadena Police Officers responded to 145 W. Del Mar Bl. regarding a baby not breathing. Upon arrival, Officers found one year old Monajah Jackson not breathing. She was later pronounced dead.
