National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods a safer, better place to live. This years festivities take place at GROSS POINT PARK (9100 Gross Point Road).

The Village of Skokie, Police, Fire, Village Hall and Public Works Departments invite you to join us for a night of fun and celebration of our great community!

Activities will include tours of the Community Outreach Police Substation (COPS vehicle), the Skokie Police K9 Unit, the US Army climbing wall, McGruff the Crime Dog passing out glow whistles and glow necklaces, Balloon Art/Animals & Glitter Tattoos by RC Juggle, the Skokie Explorers youth group recruitment Q&A, a Skokie Fire Department apparatus display, games and balloons for the kids, the United States Federal Reserve K-9 Unit, New York Life child identification kits, Mariano's, Dunkin Donuts, hotdogs and chips courtesy of the Skokie Park District and more...

Most importantly, we want to hear from you, the residents, about how to reduce crime and improve quality of life in your neighborhood by partnering with the Skokie Police Department.
