Christine E O’Malley, age 50, of Morrisville PA, was arrested Saturday, July 16, 2016 at 10:36 PM in the WaWa parking lot on Trenton Road, Levittown PA, for Driving Under the Influence.

FALSE IDENTIFICATION TO LAW ENFORCEMENT

Christopher J Jennings, age 27, of Trevose PA, was arrested Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 2:53 PM at the Target Store on E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, for False Identification to Law Enforcement and Retail Theft.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT

Danielle Surline, age 19, of Langhorne PA, was arrested Monday, July 18, 2016 at 7:30 AM regarding her actions on July 17, 2016 at Maple Point Drive & Trappe Lane, Langhorne PA. She was arrested for Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment.

Katlin Gross, age 18, of Langhorne PA, was arrested Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 12:11 PM regarding her actions on July 17, 2016 at Maple Point Drive & Trappe Lane, Langhorne PA. She was arrested for Aggravated Assault, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment.

David Joshua Beury, age 32, Levittown PA, was arrested Sunday, July 17, 2016 at 6:39 PM on Horn Road, Levittown PA, for Terroristic Threats, Possession of Instrument of Crime, Simple Assault, Disorderly Conduct, and Harassment.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE

Victim reported on 7/16/16 at 9:07 AM that sometime during the overnight hours of 7/13/16 and 7/14/16 unknown actor(s) enter his unlocked 2005 Ford F150 while parked on Thistle Road, Levittown PA, and took a black wallet. Value of theft $10.00.

Victim reported on 7/16/16 at 11:24 AM that unknown actor(s) broke the front passenger window of his vehicle parked in the driveway of the residence on Oxford Court, Langhorne PA and took a green TD Bank bag containing $550.00. Value of theft $550.00.

Victim reported on 7/20/16 at 8:07 AM sometime overnight unknown actor(s) entered two unlocked vehicles parked in the driveway of the residence on Green Meadow Drive, Langhorne PA. $5.00 in loose change was taken from a Chevrolet Traverse. A wallet was taken from a Nissan Rogue. The wallet was later found discarded down the street and was returned to the victim; the only item missing was the $45 gift card. Value of theft $50.00.

Victim reported on 7/20/16 at 4:33 PM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) enter her unlocked 2006 Ford Mustang parked in the parking lot of Foxwood Manor Apartments on Veterans Highway, Levittown PA, and took $80.00 cash, various clothing items, and various medications. Value of theft $330.00.

Victim reported on 7/20/16 at 4:47 PM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) entered her unlocked Kia Soul parked in the parking lot near the L-building of Racquet Club Apartments on Veterans Highway, Levittown PA, and took a pair of Rayban sunglasses valued at $170.00.

Victim reported on 7/20/16 at 11:35 PM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) entered his unlocked 1997 Ford Econoline E-450 that was parked on Carmen Lane, Langhorne PA and took several small hand tools and a chainsaw. Value of theft $175.00.

Victim reported on 7/21/16 at 12:04 PM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) entered his 1999 Jeep parked in the driveway of the residence on Edgemont Lane, Langhorne PA, and took a Dell laptop, $25 to $30 in coins, a pair of prescription sunglasses, phone charger, and an emergency seatbelt cutter. Value of theft $3,330.00.





THEFT

Victim reported on 7/15/16 at 6:09 PM that while at Macy’s Department Store in the Oxford Valley Mall, E. Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, she was approached by an unidentified female who engaged her in conversation. After the female left, the victim noticed that her wallet was missing from her purse. The wallet was a floral print Vera Bradley that contained a Wells Fargo bank card, PA driver license, Social Security card, Medicaid card, and $14.00 cash. Value of theft $50.00.

Victim reported on 7/15/16 at 6:19 PM that unknown actor(s) took her wallet while she was at WaWa on Trenton Road, Levittown PA. The wallet contained her driver license, various credit and debit cards, and $25.00 cash.

A & S Fencing on E. Old Lincoln Highway, Langhorne PA, reported on 7/18/16 at 7:00 AM that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) entered the property by cutting the padlock of eastern gate and cutting a hole in the southern fence. Wires to security cameras were cut and several trucks and storage sheds had been entered and tools and equipment were stolen. Estimated value of theft $20,000.00.

Pro Source Floor Covering on Town Drive, Langhorne PA, reported on 7/20/16 at 1:14 PM that sometime between 7/16/16 and 7/19/16 unknown actor(s) took $140.00 from a business cash box. Value of theft $140.00.

BURGLARY - RESIDENTIAL

Victim reported on 7/17/16 at 3:37 PM that sometime between 5:30 PM on 7/15/16 and the date of this report unknown actor(s) forcibly entered the residence on Garden Court, Langhorne PA, through front door. Items taken include two (2) Rigid brand Sawsalls, a Dewalt brand “Finish” gun, five (5) Porter Cable brand “Finish” guns, two (2) Ridgid brand screw guns, and a charging deck. Value of theft $1,400.00.
