Update #LASD Homicide Shooting Death Investigation,11100blk S Vermont Av, Los Angeles @SouthLALASD 
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide detectives are continuing their investigation into the shooting death of a man in the 11100 block of South Vermont Avenue, in the unincorporated area of Los Angeles. The shooting occurred on Friday, July 22, 2016 at approximately 1:30 a.m.
The victim, a male Black 31 years-old, was struck by gunfire while walking on the sidewalk in front of the location. He was pronounced dead at a local hospital.
There is no suspect(s) information at this time.
Detectives believe the incident is gang related.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide detectives are responding to the 11100 block of South Vermont Avenue, South Los Angeles, to investigate the circumstances surrounding the shooting death of a man.
The victim was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There is no additional information at this time and the investigation is on-going.
