Deputy Harkless was all geeked out getting to meet and take a picture with one of his heroes, 16 year old Isaiah Cooper. Cooper is one of the youngest pilots to fly around the USA. After an 8000 mile trip, he plans to become the youngest pilot to fly around the world (solo).
