On June 10th a Millstadt Officer, along with a Smithton Officer, responded to a domestic disturbance on Gladwyn Drive. Upon completing the investigation the case was forwarded to the St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office for review. The state's attorney charged the suspect, Brian K. Baxter age 43 of Millstadt, with one count of Unlawful Restraint (a Class 4 Felony). He was arrested on July 7th.
