Effective 6:00 PM tonight, July 14, 2016, the Daly City Police Department will be using an automated phone system (“phone tree”) for non-emergency calls. Callers will still have the ability to speak to a dispatcher once they have listened to other non-emergency options. If there is an emergency, callers are still encouraged to dial 9-1-1.
