Bluegrass Festival - No Parking Areas 
Bluegrass Festival is being held in downtown Frankfort on July 9th and 10th. There will be no parking at the diagonal parking stalls on Kansas from Ash to White Streets. In addition, the Breidert Green parking lot (Oak at Kansas Streets) will be closed to public parking. These areas will be marked with no parking signs. We hope everyone enjoys the festival.
