SUSPECT:          Unknown

UNIT:                  LASD Homicide Bureau, Sergeant Cotter

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide detectives are responding to the 7100 block of Atlantic Avenue, Bell to assist Bell Police Department personnel to investigate the circumstances surrounding an officer involved shooting.

No officers were injured.

The suspect was struck by gunfire and transported to a local hospital. His condition is unknown.
