On June 30th, after completing a four-month long investigation with the assistance of the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department Drug Tactical Unit (DTU), a search warrant was executed at #12 Blackburn Manor, with the assistance of the St. Clair County Special Response Team. The Millstadt Police Department’s K9 Unit was also used to assist in the incident. Two individuals were taken into custody, and transported to the St. Clair County Jail by Millstadt Officers. The DTU obtained arrest warrants for the two individuals, who were charged with Unlawful Possession with the Intent to Deliver Controlled Substance.
