The City of Pasadena has a ZERO Tolerance, NO Fireworks policy 
The Pasadena Police Department wishes everyone a happy and safe 4th of July 2016. Please come and enjoy America Fest 2016 fireworks display at the world famous Rose Bowl tonight!! Parking lots open at 11:00 A.M., and Family Fun Festival starts at 2:00 P.M. Gates open at 6:00 P.M. Remember, fireworks of any kind are not permitted in Pasadena, to include the area around the Rose Bowl. Pasadena Police and Fire Department's fireworks task force will be patrolling throughout the day and night for fireworks violators. So please, be responsible and enjoy a fun and safe holiday!
