The 4th of July is on Monday, and we have activities planned all day long! From 6:30am until noon, please expect closures and heavy delays in the areas of Contra Costa Blvd from Woodsworth to Boyd Rd, as well as Cleaveland Rd from Boyd Rd to Gregory Lane due to the parade and other festivities. Our annual fireworks show will begin at approximately 9:20pm at College Park High School. Viking Dr will be closed to vehicular traffic between Norse Dr and Ruth Dr from 8:45pm until 10:30pm. Other areas subject to detours or other delays are Taylor Bl at Civic Dr, Taylor Bl at Norse Dr, Taylor Bl at Mercury Wy, Norse Dr at Civic Dr, Norse Dr at Viking Dr, Viking Dr at Morello Ave, and Viking Dr at Ruth Dr. Due to the number of visitors, please expect siginificant traffic delays.
