(Harris County, TX) Harris County Sheriff’s Office Homicide investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating capital murder suspect Frederick Donnell Foster.

On Saturday, June 25, .2016, at approximately 5:40 A.M. Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff’s Office responded to an In Progress “Man Down” call at the Copper Lodge Apartments, located at 1000 Cypress Station drive in north Harris County.

When Deputies arrived on the scene, they located the complainant, Robert Russo, a 64 year old white male, shot to death on the first floor patio of his apartment.

Sheriff’s Office Homicide Investigators responded to the scene.

Evidence at the scene indicated that Russo was shot and killed while the suspect(s) were attempting to rob him.

Homicide Investigators located a blood trail leading from the apartment, to the rear fence line of the apartment complex.

Homicide Investigators followed the blood trail until they located Michael Brown B/M 26 YOA, lying on the ground, next to a ski mask.

Brown was suffering from a gunshot wound to the side. Brown was transported to the hospital, where he is in stable condition.

On June 25, 2016, Michael Jerome Brown B/M DOB: 04.14.1990 was charged with Murder for the shooting death of Robert Russo.

Michael Brown is currently in custody of the Harris County Sheriff's Office.

On June 29,2016, Homicide investigators charged Foster B/M DOB: 09.01.1979 / Hgt. 5'09", 175 Lbs. with Capital Murder.

Foster is CURRENTLY WANTED and should be considered armed and dangerous.
