6/22 – Police took a violation of an order of protection report, in which the suspect was sending text messages to the protected party. The following day, after completing an investigation, the case was forwarded to the St. Clair County State’s Attorney for review. Adam T. Allen, 35 of Millstadt, was charged with two counts of Violation of an Order of Protection. He was taken into custody that evening.
